How to Delete Your Account and Data

If you are signed in to an eligible account, scroll to the Delete my account button at the bottom of this page and confirm. You will receive a confirmation email immediately. Your account is deactivated straight away and your personal data is permanently erased after a 30-day grace period, during which you can cancel the request using the link in that email.

This removes your profile, business and contact details, saved items, preferences, and other personal data from our active systems.

Supplier accounts cannot be deleted with the self-serve button, because of deal, message, and legal-retention obligations. If you hold a supplier account, request deletion by email (below).

Removing WholesaleUp™ from your Facebook or Google account settings stops future sign-ins, but it does not delete the data we have already stored. To erase that data, use the Delete my account button above or email us (below).

If you do not see the Delete my account button — because you are signed out, you cannot access your account, or you hold a supplier account — email service@wholesaleup.com from your registered email address with the subject "Data deletion request". We verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days of receipt, in line with GDPR Article 17.

Where the law requires it — for example tax and accounting records, or messages exchanged with other businesses (which are moved to a restricted, admin-access-only legal-retention archive and kept for five years from the date each message was sent, under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and Art. 17(3)(e)) — we retain only the minimum necessary data for the legally mandated period, segregated and used for no other purpose.
