30-day return policy on unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached and in original packaging. Exchange or refund issued to original credit card. Initial and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Allow 2–3 weeks for account credit and 1–2 billing cycles for credit card statement credit.
