In the event of a technical fault with any wines, customers are asked to keep the remainder of the bottle for inspection and the supplier will either refund or replace. If not satisfied with an order for any reason and requesting collection of wines for refund, collection will be scheduled for the next delivery run in the area, however the customer will be charged the delivery cost for collection.
