Return Policy

Goods deemed accepted if retained more than 7 days without rejection notice. Defects must be reported by email with photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery (or within one week if defect not identifiable on first inspection). Cancellation charge of £150 applies if order is cancelled or rescheduled within 2 working days of delivery.
