Founded in 1983, we combine the inventory and buying power of a large distributor with the capabilities of an experienced plastic fabricator who can work with a variety of different materials. We grew through the years and now distribute for every major plastics manufacturer in the United States and throughout the world. Machined components from engineering plastics and high performance plastics are our specialty. Since we stock large volumes of all materials, you are not forced to pay for full lengths. We will machine your parts to print and only charge you for the material consumed. We routinely make parts for food processing, machinery manufacturers, conveying, semiconductor, and the marine industries. Chemical resistant plastics like polyethylene, polypropylene and PVC are made into tanks, cabinets, scrubbers, and vessels. We use hot air and extrusion welders to provide leak free welds and joints. We do custom fabrication of safety guards, boat windshields, and OEM change parts for manufacturers all over the East coast. We have a wide range of machinery and techniques that include thermoforming, infa-red heating, die cutting, vacuum forming, drape forming, oven bending, edge finishing, sand blasting, and solvent welding.
