If your plan is a recurring subscription, you can cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing — your access stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and it simply won't renew after that. If your plan is a fixed-term access package, there's nothing to cancel: it doesn't auto-renew and your account reverts to the Free tier automatically when the term ends. Not sure which you have? Your plan type and renewal date (if any) are shown on your Billing page and were shown at checkout. Still need help? Contact support.
