Go to [Dashboard](/dashboard) → [Messages](/dashboard/messages) to see all conversations. Filter by status (new, read, replied, archived), use quick reply from the list, or open a conversation for full threading. Bulk actions include archive and mark-as-read.

What are Message Templates?

Accepted Answer

Pre-written messages you reuse both when **replying to inbound buyer enquiries** (from [Dashboard](/dashboard) → [Messages](/dashboard/messages)) and when **proactively contacting buyers** from the [buyer directory](/buyers). Create and manage them in [Templates](/dashboard/templates). Supplier Free gets 10 templates; [Supplier Pro](/pro) gets 50. If you also hold a paid buyer tier, your [effective quota is the higher of the two](/help/faq?q=enquiry-templates-buyer).

Does response time matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your average response time is tracked in your own [Statistics](/dashboard/supplier-statistics) dashboard so you can see how quickly you're replying to enquiries. The metric isn't shown to buyers today — we're holding it back on the public profile until the data is production-ready — but replying quickly still matters commercially: buyers who don't get a timely response usually move on to the next supplier, so fast replies directly convert more enquiries into orders.

How do I get notified about new enquiries?

Accepted Answer

Configure enquiry notifications in [Dashboard](/dashboard) → [Notifications](/dashboard/notifications). Options:

• Instant email per enquiry
• Batched summary every 15 minutes
• Daily digest
• Weekly digest

Push notifications are also available. Set up quiet hours if you don't want push alerts overnight.

Can I browse and contact buyers directly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every supplier tier can browse the [buyer directory](/buyers) (buyer type, country, purchasing volume, MOQ comfort, sourcing models, brands — all filterable). **Supplier Free** can contact **Premium+ buyers** directly; [**Supplier Pro**](/pro) can contact **any listed buyer** and sees full contact details. Click any card to open the [full buyer profile page](/help/faq?q=buyer-profile-page), or **Contact Buyer** on an unlocked card to send an enquiry — same panel as your inbox, with attachments and [message templates](/help/faq?q=message-templates).

What do I see when I open a buyer's profile page?

Clicking any [buyer directory](/buyers) card opens the full **/buyer/[slug]** profile: about, sourcing requirements, terms & logistics, geography, and a contact sidebar. Contact visibility follows the same tier-gating as the directory — [**Supplier Pro**](/pro) sees contact details on any buyer tier; **Supplier Free** sees them only on **Premium+ buyer** profiles (lower-tier buyers show a masked name like "Apparel & Footwear Distributor"). Route access matches `/buyers`: Supplier Free + Supplier Pro only. All fields come from the buyer's Account Profile + [Buyer Profile](/dashboard/buyer-profile) — no demo data.

Question 7

Why does it say "Complete Profile to Send" when I try to contact a buyer?

Accepted Answer

Both your [Account Profile](/dashboard/account-profile) and your [Supplier Profile](/dashboard/supplier-profile) must be sufficiently complete before you can send an outbound enquiry from the [buyer directory](/buyers) — or reply to an inbound one. The red **Complete Profile to Send** button links straight to [Supplier Profile](/dashboard/supplier-profile). Tier-access rules (Supplier Free → Premium+ buyers only; [Supplier Pro](/pro) → any listed buyer) still apply on top — see [Can I browse and contact buyers directly?](/help/faq?q=browse-buyers-directory).

What analytics are available?

[Dashboard](/dashboard) → [Supplier Statistics](/dashboard/supplier-statistics) shows your performance across five tabs — Overview, Deals, Enquiries, Keywords, Market — with a 7d / 30d / 90d / 12m / All time filter.

• Overview: impressions, deal views, profile views, enquiries, enquiry rate, replies, and active deals — each with % change vs. the previous period, a platform-average comparison, and a sparkline trend. A funnel view connects impressions → profile views → deal views → enquiries → replies.
• Deals: per-deal breakdown — views, enquiries, enquiry rate, favorites, and deal rank.
• Enquiries: average response time, response rate, status breakdown (pending / unread / replied / archived), pending-enquiries list, and source breakdown (deal page, supplier profile, search, homepage, related deals, etc.).
• Keywords: searches that surfaced your deals, plus trending keywords in your categories.
• Market: category benchmarks (active suppliers, average deal rank, average enquiry rate, average response time) and your percentile rankings — [Supplier Pro](/pro) unlocks the full Market view.

An automated Insights panel surfaces recommendations based on your data. Raw events are rolled up into daily summaries by a nightly job; the dashboard itself reads live totals for recent periods.

What's the difference between an impression and a view?

An impression is recorded when your deal appears in a listing (search results, category page, homepage). A view is recorded when someone clicks through to see the full deal details page. Impressions measure visibility; views measure interest.

This helps you understand which channels drive the most traffic to your deals.
