WholesaleUp™ doesn't offer mid-term downgrades — your current plan stays active until it expires, then your account reverts to the Free tier automatically. At that point you can purchase any tier you like. If you upgrade mid-term, you can receive pro-rata credit for unused time on your current plan — but you have to tick the Apply credit checkbox on the Upgrade button at checkout. It's opt-in, not automatic. There's no penalty or lock-in — you're never charged again unless you make a new purchase.
