Who can join the affiliate program?

Accepted Answer

The [Affiliate Program](/affiliate-program) is open to any WholesaleUp™ account holder aged 18 or over. Bloggers, creators, community owners, coaches, and suppliers with a retailer audience are all welcome. Per [clause 4.1 of the Terms of Use](/legal/terms), we reserve the right to decline or remove affiliates whose sites contain illegal or infringing content, or who compete directly with our core directory service.

Question 2

How much can I earn as an affiliate?

Accepted Answer

Commissions are tiered from 15% at Starter up to 25% at Platinum. Your tier is based on the number of active paying referrals you have in the current period — the more retailers you bring in, the higher your percentage on every future sale. Question 3

How long does the affiliate cookie last?

Accepted Answer

60 days for most affiliates, extended to 90 days once you reach Platinum tier. Attribution is last-click, so if a visitor clicks a later affiliate's link before converting, the commission shifts to that later click. Question 4

Do affiliates get paid on renewals?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Access packages on WholesaleUp™ are [one-time purchases rather than auto-renewing subscriptions](/help/faq?q=auto-renewal), so whenever your referred customer buys a new access package you earn commission on that purchase too.

Question 5

What counts as a qualifying affiliate referral?

Accepted Answer

A new User who clicks your referral link, creates an account, and pays for an access package. Referrals are locked in after a 30-day hold (to cover refund and chargeback windows) and remain subject to a 60-day clawback if the underlying purchase is later refunded or flagged as fraudulent. When and how do affiliates get paid?

Accepted Answer

Once your confirmed balance reaches $100.00 USD, we pay out on a monthly cycle via the payment methods available at the time. Balances below the minimum roll forward to the next month. You're responsible for any local taxes on your commission income. Question 7

Can I bid on WholesaleUp™ keywords in paid search?

Accepted Answer

No. Bidding on "WholesaleUp™", misspellings, or any WholesaleUp™ trademark in paid search is prohibited, as is using our trademarks in ad copy, display URLs, or your own domain names. See [clause 4.5 of the Terms of Use](/legal/terms) for the full list of prohibited conduct.

How do I disclose that I'm an affiliate?

Clearly and conspicuously, at the start of any post or video where you promote us. Use tags like "#ad", "#affiliate", or "paid partnership" plus a plain-language note that you earn a commission on referred purchases. This aligns with FTC Endorsement Guides in the US, the CMA / ASA social-media guidance in the UK, and equivalent EU advertising rules. What is the WholesaleUp™ Affiliate Program?

Accepted Answer

The Affiliate Program pays you a commission on every access package purchased by users you refer to WholesaleUp™. Any account holder 18+ can join — no separate application required in most cases. Share your unique referral link (or a deep link to any category, supplier, or deal), and when someone signs up and pays for an access package within the cookie window, you earn a tiered percentage of the sale. How do I share my affiliate referral link?

Accepted Answer

Go to [Dashboard](/dashboard) → [Affiliate Program](/dashboard/affiliate-program) → [Promote tab](/dashboard/affiliate-program?tab=promote). Copy your unique referral link or use the deep-link generator to create links that point to a specific category, supplier profile, or deal — attribution still flows back to you even when the visitor lands deep in the directory. The [Materials tab](/dashboard/affiliate-program?tab=materials) provides ready-made promotional banners (in standard IAB sizes), text links, email swipe copy, and social-media templates.

Question 12

How do I leave the affiliate program, and what happens to my pending commission?

Accepted Answer

Either side can end affiliate participation at any time, with or without cause, by written notice (email or via the [affiliate dashboard](/dashboard/affiliate-program)). Commissions earned before termination remain payable subject to the normal 30-day hold and 60-day clawback — except where termination is for breach of the affiliate-program rules, in which case WholesaleUp™ may forfeit any unpaid balance.
