A qualifying referral is a new User who (a) clicks your referral link within its cookie window, (b) creates a WholesaleUp™ account, and (c) pays for an access package. Qualifying referrals enter a 30-day hold from the date of purchase to cover refund, chargeback, and fraud review, and remain subject to a 60-day clawback window if the underlying purchase is later refunded, charged back, or flagged as fraudulent. Self-referrals, household-member referrals, and referrals where attribution is hijacked by prohibited conduct are not qualifying — see clause 4.5 of the Terms of Use for the full exclusion list.
