Either side can end affiliate participation at any time, with or without cause, by written notice — including by email or through the affiliate dashboard. Once you leave, you must stop using WholesaleUp™ trademarks and remove all affiliate links from your sites, posts, and other properties. Commissions on qualifying referrals that occurred before termination remain payable on the normal monthly schedule, still subject to the 30-day hold and 60-day clawback rules in clause 4.6. The one exception is termination for breach of the affiliate-program rules (clause 4.5) — in that case WholesaleUp™ may forfeit any unpaid balance. The prohibited-conduct rules, the hold and clawback policy, and the termination clause itself (clauses 4.5, 4.6, and 4.8) continue to apply after you leave.
