We recommend submitting one request per product family for the cleanest report. A "product family" means one coherent SKU set — for example, "office furniture" can be one request even if you want desks, chairs, and filing cabinets together. But "office furniture AND construction tools" should be two separate requests because they map to entirely different supplier categories. Unlike paid concierge services that charge per product group, you're not penalised here for splitting — since Custom Sourcing is included with Premium+, the only practical limit is the cap of 3 active requests at a time. Submit them in priority order; as one moves to Processed, you free a slot for the next.
