Custom Sourcing does not cover any product class linked to criminal activity — weapons (firearms, ammunition, knives marketed for combat), regulated drugs, prescription medication, illegal goods, or any item violating EU/UK/NA import rules. We also decline requests where the requested supplier set is clearly grey-market or counterfeit-positioned. For products that are legal but require specialised licensing (alcohol, tobacco, certain medical devices), we'll source provided you confirm you hold the relevant trade license at your end. If your request lands in a grey area, our team will flag it inside the request thread and ask for clarification before researching.
