Custom Sourcing is concierge: our research team searches our directory plus international research sources (foreign-market specialists, industry databases, our personal contacts in cross-border trade) to surface suppliers that match a specific brief. Use the directory when you want to discover what's out there in your category. Use Custom Sourcing when you have a clear specification (specific brand, condition grade, price point, country of origin) and want a curated shortlist delivered to you. Many buyers do both — directory browsing for ongoing discovery, Custom Sourcing for the harder "find me an authorised distributor of brand X in country Y at price Z" requests.
