WholesaleUp™ uses 11 canonical condition grades, displayed on every deal listing and filterable on the Deals page and Suppliers directory: • New — Factory-sealed, full manufacturer warranty. • Open Box — Packaging opened, product unused. 10–20% below new. • Refurbished — Returned, tested, restored. Typically 6–12 month refurb warranty. 20–35% below new. • Grade A — Top-tier used or ex-retail. Minor cosmetic only. 25–40% below new. • Grade B — Working with visible cosmetic defects. 40–55% below new. • Grade C — Heavy wear or partial functional defects. Often parts-only. 60–80% below new. • Used — Second-hand, condition varies. Always confirm sub-grade with the supplier. • Outlet — Ex-retail overstock, end-of-line, or obsolete stock. Usually new condition with dated packaging. 30–50% below new. • Mixed / Returns — Unmanifested customer-return pallets. Blind mix of grades. 60–85% below new RRP. • Liquidation Stock — Bankruptcy / closeout new stock, sold lot-based. 40–70% below wholesale. • Damaged / Parts — Known damage, salvage value only. 70–90% below new.
