A valid company registration, a professional website, and the ability to supply products at genuine wholesale prices. Suppliers who sell branded goods must also be able to prove product authenticity on request — either via a sanitized invoice tracing the stock back to the brand, or a direct Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the brand. Brand Owners self-authorize (no LOA needed — you own the brand), and sellers of unbranded or own-brand goods (Manufacturer, Private Label / White Label, Artisan / Maker) can substitute manufacturing paperwork.
