You can add additional contact people — colleagues that buyers can reach alongside your primary account contact. Go to Dashboard → Account Contacts to add a contact with their name, role description, work email, phone numbers, LinkedIn, Microsoft Teams handle, WhatsApp, and languages spoken. Drag rows to reorder — the first contact is treated as the highest priority. Supplier Free accounts can add 1 additional contact; Supplier Pro allows up to 5. Your primary account contact is managed separately in Account Profile. Note: additional contacts don’t get their own login — they’re people buyers can reach, not separate user accounts with role-based access.
