WholesaleUp™ is a directory and access service — transactions between buyers and suppliers happen directly, so responsibility for orders, payments, shipments, refunds, and product quality sits with the supplier, not with WholesaleUp™. Under clause 8.5 of the Terms of Use, WholesaleUp™'s total liability for any claim arising out of the agreement is capped at the amount of fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, and WholesaleUp™ is not liable for loss of profit, business, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. Clauses 6 (Warranties), 7 (Indemnity), and 8 (Limitation of Liability) set out the full allocation of risk. If you have a problem with a supplier, contact the supplier first via the enquiry thread — our support team can escalate if the supplier is unresponsive.
