Note: the saved item is always a single keyword or phrase — there’s no “save this filter combination” feature.
Go to the /deals or /suppliers page and type a search term into the search box (e.g. “Samsung Galaxy” or “Nike trainers”). A keyword pill appears. Click the heart icon on the pill to save it.
Every new deal matching one of your saved keywords is automatically included in your Personalized Digest newsletter. There’s no separate “alerts on/off” toggle per keyword — saving the keyword IS the alert.
Pick Specific Keywords, Not Broad Ones
A keyword like 'electronics' will flood your digest. Save specific terms instead: 'refurbished iPhone 15', 'Ray-Ban aviators', 'Bluetooth headphones', 'lifting straps'. The narrower the term, the more signal per alert.
Save Brand + Product, Not Just Brand
'Nike' alone will flood you. 'Nike Air Max' or 'Nike trainers MOQ 20' narrows the alert to what you actually resell. Stack multiple narrow keywords rather than one broad one.
Combine Keywords With Followed Categories
Saved keywords catch specific terms; Followed Categories catch a whole section of the catalog. Follow the L1/L2 categories you source from, then layer narrow keywords on top for the highest-intent new-deal alerts.
Standard tier is the one buyer tier blocked from saving keywords (upgrade to Premium to unlock, or hold Supplier Pro which overrides the Standard block). All other tiers can save unlimited keywords.
