The amber "Top Rated" badge is awarded to suppliers meeting six criteria simultaneously: average rating of 4.5 or higher, reviews aggregated from at least 5 independent sources, median enquiry response time of 48 hours or less, 3 or more active deal listings, an account at least 90 days old, and not currently suspended. Eligibility is recomputed nightly — dropping below threshold on any single criterion removes the badge until the supplier is back above. To earn it, focus on three things: keep your rating high (deliver on promises and reply quickly), maintain a steady inventory of active deals, and respond to enquiries promptly — Supplier Statistics shows your current numbers against each threshold.
