Supplier accounts are available by invitation or by subscribing to Supplier Pro. If you already have a buyer account, your supplier profile is separate — the two operate independently.
Go to Dashboard → Supplier Profile and fill in your company details: company name, registration number, physical address, website, product categories, business type (one or more of 12 options spanning production, distribution, and specialist fulfilment — Manufacturer, Wholesaler, Distributor, Brand Owner, Importer, Liquidator, Dropshipper, and others), and a description of your business.
There are two ways to get listed on WholesaleUp™:
Supplier Free (by invitation)
Free listings are by invitation only. If you haven’t received an invitation, you can contact us with “Listing My Company” as the query type to express interest.
Supplier Pro (immediate listing)
Upgrade to Supplier Pro for immediate listing with the PRO badge, priority placement over Supplier Free listings on deal-rank/sort ties, and unlimited deal listings.
All suppliers are verified before their listing goes live. We check for a valid company registration, a professional website, and the ability to supply products at genuine wholesale prices. Fraudulent or misleading applications are rejected.
Once approved, go to Dashboard → Upload Deals to list your products. Every listing starts with a file upload — CSV, Excel, JSON, or TSV — whether you're adding one deal or many. Only 3 fields are strictly required: product title, wholesale price, and at least one category (subcategory names or slugs in a categories column, up to 3 per product). Currency is strongly recommended but falls back to the preferred currency on your Supplier Profile if blank. Identifiers (EAN, ASIN, or MPN) are also strongly recommended for automatic price checking and richer product details.
Use Dashboard → Supplier Statistics to track views, impressions, enquiry volume, and category benchmarks. This data helps you optimize your listings — see which deals attract the most attention and adjust pricing, descriptions, or images accordingly.
