Go to Dashboard > Manage Deals to view all your Live, Pending Review, Sold Out, Expired, and Declined deals. From here you can edit details, mark a Live deal as Sold Out, view performance metrics, and re-submit Sold Out or Expired deals for reactivation. Edits to Live deals take effect immediately; status transitions that require review (e.g. re-submission after an edit) run through our review team.
Deal has passed review and is visible on the marketplace.
The only state buyers see in search results and deal feeds. Edits you make to a Live deal take effect immediately — no re-review required unless a change triggers automated quality checks.
Deal is with our review team — either after you submitted it, or after an edit flagged by automated quality checks.
You can't flip a deal into or out of Pending Review yourself. Once review clears, the deal moves to Live automatically — you'll receive a notification as soon as the status changes.
Deal is hidden from buyers but its URL and enquiry history are preserved.
The only supplier-controllable state change — click "Mark as Sold Out" on a Live deal when stock runs out or you need to pause a listing. Reactivate by editing the deal and re-submitting; if it passes validation, it returns to Live.
Deal's validity date has passed.
Set automatically when a deal's "Valid Until" date elapses. Like Sold Out, the URL and enquiry history are preserved. To bring an expired deal back, edit it (including a new validity date) and re-submit.
Deal didn't pass review — usually due to data quality, compliance, or marketplace policy issues.
Our review team will include the reason. Address the issue in an edit and re-submit; a corrected deal can move back to Pending Review and then Live.
Updates immediately in search results and deal cards. Existing enquiries keep the quoted price.
Buyers see current stock levels. Always keep this accurate—showing 100 units when you have 10 frustrates buyers.
Refreshing descriptions and adding new images can significantly boost enquiry rates.
Changes help buyers find your deal in filtered searches (category, spec filters, etc.).
Critical order terms—update these if your business conditions change.
When stock returns or a seasonal listing is ready for another run, go to Dashboard > Manage Deals, open the Sold Out or Expired deal, edit the relevant fields (pricing, stock, validity date, images, specs), and re-submit. If the edit passes validation, the deal returns to Live and your original URL and enquiry history carry across — no new listing, no lost SEO value.
Bulk changes are handled through Dashboard > Upload Deals, not through per-row edits on the Manage Deals page. Re-upload a file containing the deals you want to change — in Replace mode the whole catalog is refreshed against your file; in Add & Update mode only the deals in the file are touched and anything not listed is left alone. See the Upload Field Guide for field-level details.
Deals can't be deleted from your account — only marked as Sold Out. This is deliberate: preserving the URL keeps any inbound links (from search engines, press coverage, or other sites) working, and preserving the enquiry history means buyers who previously contacted you can still reference the conversation. If you no longer want to sell a product, mark the deal Sold Out from Dashboard > Manage Deals — it disappears from the public marketplace immediately.
Your tier determines how many deals you can list at once:
Update prices monthly (or weekly in fast-moving categories). Stale pricing loses buyer trust.
Mark out-of-stock items as Sold Out immediately. Never leave them Live—buyers hate clicking deals with zero stock.
Reactivate seasonal deals at the start of each season by editing the Sold Out listing and re-submitting. The original URL and enquiry history carry over, which kick-starts visibility.
Retire clearly obsolete deals (discontinued products, extreme price differences from market) by marking them Sold Out. Deals can't be deleted — Sold Out removes them from the marketplace while preserving SEO value and enquiry history.
Add new images or refresh descriptions for your top 10 deals. These get the most visibility and benefit most from optimization.
Set realistic lead times and update them if sourcing conditions change (e.g., 'Lead time: 10 days' vs '30 days'). Accuracy builds trust.
Ready to add more inventory? Go to Dashboard > Upload Deals to upload a file — CSV, Excel, JSON, or TSV — with one deal or many. See our Upload Field Guide for detailed field descriptions and best practices.
Spend 15 minutes weekly reviewing your deal performance, updating prices, and removing stale listings. This small habit will keep your profile fresh and your enquiry volume high.
