Speed up your supplier communication with pre-written, professional message templates. Save time, maintain consistency, and boost response rates with templates for every stage of the buying journey.
Both buyers and suppliers can create and manage templates at Dashboard > Templates. Click "New Template", give it a name (e.g., "Initial Enquiry — Electronics"), write your message, and save. Your templates are ready to use immediately in the enquiry panel or direct messages.
Templates are used in two places: replying to inbound enquiries from Messages, and — for suppliers — initiating outbound enquiries to buyers from the buyer directory. In both cases a one-click Insert Template option pre-loads your saved message so you can personalize it before sending.
How many templates you can save depends on your account tier:
If you hold both a paid supplier tier and a paid buyer tier, your effective quota is the higher of the two — buyer and supplier tiers run independently, and both share the same template store. See also Enquiry Templates (buyer side) for the buyer-tier quotas.
