WholesaleUp™ has two independent tier systems: one for buyers and one for suppliers. You can hold a buyer account, a supplier account, or both simultaneously. Each is priced and managed separately, though Supplier Pro does include bundled Premium+ buyer access as a bonus.

How “full supplier directory access” works: Supplier Pro members’ websites and contact details are always visible to every logged-in buyer. For non-Pro suppliers, Standard buyers can see the website and social profiles when viewing a deal page. Premium and Premium+ can see those same links everywhere — on the deal page, in the /suppliers directory, and on the standalone supplier profile — plus phone, email, and LinkedIn contact details. Depending on the plan, upgrades come as either a fixed-term access package or a recurring subscription — buyer tiers (Standard, Premium, Premium+) are offered at 1-, 6-, or 12-month terms, and Supplier Pro is offered at 6- or 12-month terms. A fixed-term package has no automatic renewal — you control when and if to buy again; a recurring subscription renews automatically until you cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing. WholesaleUp™ occasionally runs flash sales on upgrades. If you upgrade before your current access package expires, you can tick the Apply credit checkbox on the Upgrade button to deduct pro-rata credit for your unused time from the new package price at checkout. The credit reflects the unused value of your current package and is applied directly to the new package price at checkout. The credit is capped at the new package's price and never refunded as cash.
When you upgrade to Supplier Pro, you automatically get Premium+ buyer account access bundled at no extra cost. This means you can source products from other suppliers on the platform with full Premium+ features (Custom Sourcing, supplier-wide Review tab, exclusive discounts, etc.) while you list your own deals.
If you already hold a paid buyer membership (Standard, Premium, or Premium+) when you purchase Supplier Pro, tick the Apply credit checkbox on the Supplier Pro Upgrade button at checkout to deduct pro-rata credit for your unused buyer-tier time from the Supplier Pro price — so you only pay the difference rather than losing the remaining buyer-tier value when the bundled Premium+ access takes over. The credit is capped at the Supplier Pro price and never refunded as cash.

Choosing the Right Tier
Start with Free to explore and get a feel for WholesaleUp™ — Free already lets you browse every deal and supplier, contact Supplier Pro members, save favorites, save keywords, and receive the Weekly Deals Digest. Upgrade to Standard when you’re ready to enquire on any deal (not just Supplier Pro listings) and want the per-deal Review tab. Step up to Premium when you need full supplier-directory access (non-Pro contact details — phone, email, LinkedIn — visible everywhere) and saved keyword alerts. Premium+ adds the Daily Deals Digest, the supplier-wide Review tab, Custom Sourcing, exclusive member discounts, and a higher 750/month website-visit cap. Suppliers can start with Supplier Free if invited, or jump directly to Supplier Pro for immediate listing with unlimited deals, the PRO badge, priority placement, and bundled Premium+ buyer access.
